Chairman's Statement
Chairman’s Statement on the continued success for the second intake of Entreprenuers at Cynestx Incubator (2024-2025)
This year has been a defining chapter for Cynestx, marked by growth, resilience, and meaningful impact in the e-commerce space. Our unwavering commitment to supporting entrepreneurs has helped create pathways for businesses to adapt, innovate, and scale, even in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. The results we have witnessed across our programmes reaffirm the importance of our mission: to provide entrepreneurs with the right tools, mentorship, and opportunities to unlock their potential.
One of the brightest highlights of the year has been the continued success of our Female Incubator Programme. This initiative has not only provided practical support but has also become a source of empowerment and inspiration for women across the UAE and beyond. We have seen remarkable female entrepreneurs embrace challenges, disrupt traditional models, and lead with creativity and determination. Their journeys remind us that when women are given the right environment to flourish, they deliver innovation, drive economic value, and build businesses that uplift their communities. It has been deeply rewarding to see their stories of courage and progress become part of the Cynestx legacy.
None of this would have been possible without the vision and dedication of our CEO, Emma Weaver. Under her leadership, Cynestx has continued to grow as a beacon for entrepreneurship, placing inclusivity and innovation at the heart of everything we do. Emma’s commitment to fostering ecosystems where entrepreneurs—particularly women—can thrive has set a strong example of purposeful leadership, and I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to her for guiding our organisation through a year of growth and positive change.
Looking forward, we remain ambitious and inspired. Cynestx will continue to expand its programmes, strengthen its networks, and build opportunities that not only support startups but also transform industries. As we reflect on this year, we do so with pride and optimism, knowing that the impact of our work extends far beyond business—it shapes communities, nurtures dreams, and helps create a more inclusive and dynamic future for all.

Chairman’s Statement - Successful test of the Pilot Companies for the Pre Launch of the Cynestx ECommerce Incuabtor at the Workhouse in Enniskillen (2022)
It is with great pride that I announce the successful pilot launch of the very first E-Commerce Incubator Companies in Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. This initiative marks a historic milestone not only for Cynestx but also for the wider entrepreneurial community across the island of Ireland. By bringing together local talent, innovative ideas, and dedicated support, we have laid the foundations for a programme that has the power to transform the future of digital business in this region.
The pilot has already demonstrated the incredible potential that exists within our local communities. We have seen aspiring founders take their first steps in shaping viable e-commerce businesses, supported by tailored mentorship, practical training, and access to networks that were previously out of reach. The enthusiasm, resilience, and creativity displayed during this pilot phase reaffirm our belief that with the right support structure, the people of Fermanagh—and indeed the whole island of Ireland—are ready to compete and thrive in the global digital economy.
Our vision extends far beyond this initial success. The learnings and outcomes from Fermanagh will serve as the blueprint for a scalable programme designed to support future startups across Ireland. By harnessing this momentum, we will build a sustainable pipeline of e-commerce businesses that not only create economic value but also generate employment, innovation, and opportunities for communities on both sides of the border.
This pilot is just the beginning. It signals the start of a journey that positions Cynestx as a committed partner in Ireland’s entrepreneurial growth story. With the lessons learned, the networks built, and the passion we have witnessed, we are ready to expand our reach and unlock the full potential of e-commerce innovation across the island.
