Emma Weaver - CEO - Director, CynestX Ltd

 

Ceo and Co-Founder of CynestX is also an entrepreneur, International Author, Speaker, Business mentor and Tedx Enniskillen Organiser.

Emma will lead our team and be directly involved in Business Intake as well as running our Incubator Start weekends. These weekends will be an integral part of the recruitment process, they will have a packed schedule and will help every business to reach their potential. She will use her energy and business acumen to help select the most innovative E-Commerce startups as well as building relationships with our partners and funders.

 

Colleen O'Donaghue - Finance - CynestX 

 

Colleen provides advice to all Incubator companies on the set up of their financial management. Providing a Sage accounting package setup in partnership with Sage. She will guide and mentor the businesses on the best way to manage the day to day financials of their business, as they manage growth, capital requirements and cashflow. She will also advise on VAT registrations and cross-border requirements for trading across Europe. Each business will benefit from the financial setup and management as part of the setup of the business in the incubator programme.

C Woodhouse - Legal Advisor and Solicitor - CynestX 

 

Clare is an English Solicitor ,based in the Channel Islands. She provides legal advise and structure for all businesses entering the Cynestx Incubator programme. She also reviews all contracts, agreements and terms for work undertaken or agreed by companies on the incubator programme. She is at hand for mentoring and advise for all incubator companies to help protect IP and Trademarks for international expansion.

 

 

Isobel Woolner - Head of Mentor Recruitment and Training - CynestX

 

Isobel Woolner started her career at PWC and then was a Director at Pitman Nor,wich where she developed adult training programmes through Government funding schemes. She now leads the recruitment of our Mentors across many disciplines and works to offer training and advice to our Business leaders via Cynestx Academy to add additional skills to assist in the growth of their businesses. 

Patricia Mellor - Cynestx Administrator

Patricia brings over 18 years of Business management experience to Cynestx. She manages the backend of the systems that make an organisation work. She has been involved in the IT Industry for over 15 years.

 

Aine McPhilips - Head of Social Media 

Aine heads our Social media and marketing across Cynestx. Developing content and helping to adapt to the requirements of the business. She has been instrumental in launching our first Cynestx E-Commerce Conference at South West College.

 

C OConnor - Founder, Director & Chairman Cynestx Ltd

Over 25 years of experience in the E-Commerce space across the UK, USA and Europe. Helping to build long-term relationships with partners. He leads global expansion and programme development for Cynestx and manages the Cynestx Cloud management system.

 

We now have over 40+ mentors working with the team.

Jovine has been based in Dubai for the last 10 years. His knowledge in developing and launching e-commerce businesses and brands is a great benefit to the new entrepreneurs in the UAE. He is Co Founder of Scalify a brand and marketing company based in UAE.

Hennie Kruger

Cynestx Incubator South Africa Partner Lead

Hennie Kruger holds a background in Arts and Theology and began his professional journey in youth ministry before serving in pastoral leadership for over 25 years. He later expanded his expertise as a professional financial advisor, developing strong capabilities in strategic planning, relationship management, and leadership. In the social entrepreneur space, Hennie is focused on building an entrepreneurial network in collaboration with a global research and development company specialising in patented nutraceutical technologies. He is committed to empowering individuals to achieve sustainable growth and long-term success.  

He now leads our S African Incubator to support founders and Entrepreneurs across South Africa.
